Masami Ogawa
Born in 1944. She has worked for Kiyohara Orimono more than 40 years. One of the longest career weaver of them. She has disturbance in her feet, and she determined to become a weaver to have marketable skills.
She is very cheerful and active women, and had the gold medal of 62 meters and shot-putting of Paralympics. During the parenting, she wove at home, and later she came back to their work shop.
She smiles with saying ' I can't see the details clearly because of old sight !' However, It is ME who can not see her finger works. She weaves at lightning speed with using nails of both hands.
''My happiest time is when I have completed my work'. She says.
President Kiyohara gives his seal of approval that she is one of the very best weaver. However, she says that she sometimes feels difficulty to weave. Especially when she makes wrong cuts in her nails, she can not weave good textile.
She makes about 8 cuts in one nail - annular finger and mid finger of both hands. Everyday before begin weaving, she elaborately files her cuts of nails.

Emiko Nakagawa
Born in 1959. Same age as Ichiro! She has hearing disability, and we have to write messages to communicate with her. President Kiyohara affirms she is one of the very best tsume-tsuzure weaver in Japan. He says she must be among top five weavers now. If you see two tsume-tsuzure fabrics at a time and can compare, you must tell how she concerns its quality and beauty of the details.
After graduated high school, she came to the work shop. She could not be taught by conversations. She only carefully looked how her elders and betters with incredible concentration, and studied how they wove. She says that she felt an urge to escape from weaving during two years training period. However, her father encouraged her and some kind seniors supported her, and finally she had finished that period and became a professional weaver. I can not imagine how much troubles she had to work and study everything with difficulty of communications.
Although I felt I already know , but I asked(wrote on my not e book ) her, ' How could you become one of the greatest tsuzure weaver?'
She looked a bit embarrassed and wrote only a word, 'Doryoku(perspiration)'.

Sakae Hayashi
Born in 1974. The youngest lady among them, however, she already has 13 years career of weaving and can weave huge and difficult works.Although she is single, to keep her nails healthy, she has never given herself a manicure. She similes and says, ' I have never played bowling neither ! '
Her dream is weaving the picture she draw by herself.
